About George:

It's taken a half century for George Paluch to get to the place where he is now, and yet in many ways he feels his journey is only just beginning.

He was first exposed to the bazaar world of the unknown when he was twelve, shortly after his grandmother's death. He awakened one night feeling scared and soon discovered he was not alone in his room. A favorite bucket was moving on its own accord, its shovel spinning inside.

Though he couldn't prove it, he'd always felt there were angels around him, protecting him from harm. Two teenage accidents that should have spelled certain death for him left him inexplicably unharmed. He was being looked after by forces he couldn't see, but his sixth sense had alerted him of their presence.

At age thirty he developed his psychic abilities to a point where he could assist the police in missing person cases. Though his gifts had grown considerably, handling them in his day to day life grew extremely difficult, and he decided he'd be better off without them.

He pushed his abilities aside, ignoring their existence for the next couple of decades, until a defining incident awakened him to the purpose he was meant to fulfill. In the last two years, he has captured amazing and unique photos of what he refers to as "the unknown." In addition to these photos, he is continuing to assimilate knowledge from his two guides who have been his steady companions, and considers it his purpose to pass on their wisdom.

George resides in the mountains of Hendersonville, NC, and is the friendly neighbor you'd like to have next door. His family gets the credit for keeping him grounded, he says. Thirty-six years of marriage to an incredibly understanding woman and the support of their lovely daughter have helped him weather many strange events in his life.

Presently, he is working on his first non-fiction book, The Unknown, which will be released later this year. For this project, he has enlisted the help of his good friend, Tracey L. Pacelli, the author of A Haunting Melody, a supernatural mystery and romance novel. You can visit her website at www.tpacelli.com.
